Got Kids? Thinking About Starting a Family?
Most of society, including many medical doctors, are unaware of the nutrition information I am about to share with you.
FACT: Modern children are being cheated out of the proper physical development, robust health and vitality that human beings are designed to experience.
Look no further than the mouths of our children. Cavities, crooked teeth, dental fillings and braces are seen as natural part of childhood. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
FACT: Human beings are designed to have straight teeth free from tooth decay.
Dr. Weston A Price, DDS proved this to us beyond a shadow of a doubt. In the 1920’s, Dr. Price traveled the world and studied the diets and health of 14 populations with impeccable dental health.
These people did NOT brush their teeth, visit dentists or use orthodontia. The nutrients in their diets allowed full development of the their bones and protection from infection.
FACT: Crowded teeth are a sign that ALL the bones are developing poorly. Crooked teeth are cause by underdeveloped jaw bones.
FACT: Cavities are a sign that ALL of our body tissues are under stress – depleted of nutrients and weakened against bacteria, viruses and parasites. Dental infections correlate with elevated risk for heart disease and other health issues.
Along with winning smiles, the populations Dr. Price studied had well developed bodies, strong immunity and freedom from degenerative diseases. They had relatively easy natural childbirths (the bones of pelvis were wide enough), and their kids grew up without physical and mental disabilities that are so common today.
Price’s subjects were from all over the world and eating very different diets; however, there were certain shared characteristics of their diets that accounted for the common experience of optimal health and physical development.
When Dr. Price analyzed the diets of his subjects, he found 10 times more fat soluble vitamins than the American diet of that time. Many Americans eat even less of these fat soluble vitamins from natural sources today.
Unfortunately, many young woman today eat low fat diets thinking it’s healthiest. A low fat diet isn’t even the best way to stay slim, and it’s definitely a major threat to fertility and child development.
The populations Dr. Price studied prioritized fertility foods rich in fat and fat soluble vitamins for women and growing children. Some of these foods have been demonized by modern nutritionists, such as butter, egg yolks, organ meats, and fish eggs. The peoples Price studied in Switzerland, for instance, would save the most vitamin rich butter (from cows eating rapidly growing green grass by the glacier’s edge) for women getting ready to conceive.
The fat soluble vitamins are A, D, and K, and E. To intake adequate amounts of these vitamins one must consume plenty of high quality fats- both animal and plant based.
And a critical piece, often missed in the nutrition world, is the quality of the source. For instance, eggs and butter from unhealthy factory-farmed animals have less nutrients and higher toxicity than those from local farms that do thing the right way.
If you want to know that you are feeding your kids the best, and you want to optimize as quickly and effortlessly as possible, we will walk you through upgrading each area of your diet, one by one, including dietary fats.
