How We Work

Our approach is very different from a weight loss diet or a cookie-cutter prescription from a nutritionist or dietitian.  You will get results because we take into account the reality of your situation.

You get results, because your program is:

1) Individualized- We take into account your unique metabolic type, blood type, age, gender, activity level, like’s and dislike’s, time constraints, and food sensitivities.

2) Zero-Sacrifice- Each goal in your program is enjoyable and achievable. You will focus on one at a time, such that each one sticks before moving on to the next.

3) Holistic- As we boost your metabolism with delicious edibles, you will be supported to be fulfilled and nourished in all your  “primary foods:” relationship, career, movement, spirituality and creativity.

Loving life is the best motivation for taking amazing care of yourself.

4) Fully Supported- Even as health coaches, we have keep our own health, life and business coaches.  Why?  Coaches help us see what we can’t see and hold us accountable for reaching our full potential as quickly as possible.

Count on your coach to:

1) Take it one step at a time. A gradual approach is doable and allows each step to be a controlled experiment, giving you valuable new information about your unique relationship with food.

2) Show you first hand!
We’ll often cook and taste new foods together in our kitchen.  And if you are a phone client, you get access to our client’s only videos. (coming soon)

3. Know you will succeed. We only work with clients who have what it takes: willingness, honesty, “coachability,” and the courage and commitment to follow through between sessions.

4. NOT waste your time. We listen carefully and  talk straight.  You will cut through excuses and straight to the core.

5. SAVE you time. We are always perfecting our time-saving systems for shopping and food preparation, so you can enjoy the best food in the world, without spending all day in the kitchen or cutting corners on your health.

6. Walk our talk. Everything we teach, we practice – including honesty about our flaws and occasional mess ups.

7. Make it fun! You will get you results, and we’ll have a good time in the process.
