Our classes feature quick and informative demos (nothing takes very long in our kitchen!), tantalizing tastings and interactive discussion about nutrition, cooking and the keys to being consistent.
We promise you’ll learn something new and delicious at each class.
We love to entertain, but ultimately we are here to inspire and empower. We intend to change your relationship with food forever, for the better. You go home with recipes, even menu plans (15-Minute Meal classes), and a one-on-one coaching call to discuss your plan to optimize your energy with food following the class.
Our classes are perfect for dates and outings with friends, but many of our participants come alone to meet new, like-minded people who are all about good food and healthy, happy living. Young people over the age of 13 are welcome with an adult.
