Our classes are perfect for dates and outings with friends, but many of our participants come alone to meet new, like-minded people who are all about good food and healthy, happy living.  Young people over the age of  13 are welcome with an adult.

Even if you knew exactly what you should eat, real change takes time, thought, and effort.  My number one goal is to support you to become powerful in a process of setting one or two simple, yet powerful goals every 2 weeks and following through with tenacity.  With each follow through, you deepen your awareness about what works for you and you build momentum in the process.

Failure is to be expected.  Honest, forgiving analysis of recent choices provides critical lessons that improve your likelihood of success moving forward.  Guilt is incredibly unbalancing, disempowering and a major obstacle to your success and fulfillment.
